The aim of this project is to check the legitimacy and rationality of discharge permits for enterprises and sewerage systems so as to continuously promote the operation efficiency of the wastewater treatment facilities. By the sources to improve the wastewater discharge pollution, can effectively reduce the factory wastewater emission of air pollutions, and through the sewage treatment inspection, according to water pollution control measures and the declaration of management practices, fully control the industrial areas of the potential sources of pollution, reduce the cause of wastewater on the river water pollution. During the project period, a total of 507 inspections had completed, and 151 effluent water quality sampling operations had carried out in the county. A total of 11 cases failed to meet the discharge water standard. It is expected to effectively reduce COD contamination by approximately 645.6 kilograms per day. Those enterprises wastewater discharge permit review operations, a total of 535 accepted, completed review of 535, and to provide special services during the project period. To strengthen the management of industrial areas within the jurisdiction of early warning monitoring, we monthly inspected the operation of wastewater treatment plant in four industrial areas and accomplished 40 times totally. Assisted industrial wastewater pollution prevention and control management programs to check 163 companies and sampling 60 effluent samples in this year. We held 1 advocacy briefings for water pollution control act and regulations. We assisted the EPB in handling 25 incidents related to emergency response at water pollution and monitoring the water quality, and participated in 7 related activities and meetings. Cooperate with the river pollution remediation assessment river garbage removal set the river area removal points 8 sites; for the water environment patrol team operation and promotion exchange meeting 2 times; have completed the regular declaration report data review 2,630 times. This project has reached 100% of the total number of contracts.
